I
am a single mother of 2 teenage boys, how can your program help
me if you only see men?
My Brother's Keeper can help in many ways,
often young men growing up in single parent environments struggle
with respect and with becoming a man in today's world. We
focus on helping young men finding the positive things in
life, becoming confident, and how to deal with peer pressure.
I
really want to join this program and get help - however I don't
have a job right now, no insurance, but I really need help?
My Brother's Keeper is a non-profit orginazation
that works on a sliding pay scale. Which means if you can't
afford the cost of our program, you can still get help. Again,
we would like to take this opportunity to thank our sponsors,
none of this would be possible without their donations.
Hi,
I am in my mid 40's and just recently divorced, I am struggling
with reasons to move forward in life and continually only see
the negative in situations, however, I don't want to see a doctor
and be prescribed something that "will help me feel better",
how can your program help me - I just want to be happy again?
Harry Sydney, the programs mentor and
founder, does not actually prescribe any types of medications
at all - we are here to listen and talk to you - not judge
you, and everything is 100% confidential and between no one
else except you and Harry.
I'm
only 14 but don't have anyone to talk too, my mom is great -
but I can't always talk to her and I have never been close with
my dad because my parents are divorced, I just want someone
to help me make the right choices in life, what can I do?
Harry is hear to listen to you and to
help you with making these choices - with having experience
in these issues and making positive choices in his own life,
Harry has the knowledge and experience of dealing with these
issues - he has been there and knows what it is like to deal
with the everyday pressures of becoming a man in todays world,
we can help!
